Jonathan Hale (Founder) began his journey in lighting and production in 1998. He left behind a desk on the 17th floor of a sky scraper administering retirement accounts for something more creative.  He learned the technical production skills of lighting, electrical, rigging, staging and audio/visual first hand as a stage hand and then as a crew lead. Before long he moved into management and sales roles for some major companies in Los Angeles. Each opportunity for growth along the way prepared him for the next opportunity until he created Inventive Lighting Corp. in 2014. This award-winning company has truly been a culmination of his experience and learning in the industry over the last two and a half decades.  Jonathan says, "Each event and show starts with creating something out of nothing. Above all, it's most rewarding to accomplish it with good people who care about doing great work."
